5 German artists to check out at Terminal V
This July, Edinburgh-based techno festival Terminal V swaps Scottish weather for the clear skies and crystal clear waters of Croatia.
After making its Adriatic debut last year, Terminal V Croatia returns to the Garden Resort, Tisno, with a lineup of elite underground quality sound from Europe and beyond.
Ahead of this year’s edition, we’ve compiled a list of our favourite German acts set to perform at the beachside festival this summer.
Bae Blade
Hailing from Dortmund, Bae Blade hops across the Adriatic with her feisty blend of fun, techno flips, and bass-driven dives. She plays at place while blending breaks, techno, club and house with pop, rap and r&b.
Carv
With a sound best described as ‘relentless’, Frankfurt-born Carv dominates the stage with hardstyle styles. The masked mystery has received support from the likes of Lily Palmer, Angerfist, Charlie Sparks and more for his high octane thrills and spills.
DJ Hyperdrive
Thriving in the fringes of the underground, Berlin-base DJ Hyperdrive favours in between sounds and sub-genres to weave a captivating mixture of fast-feeling trance styles and hypnotic rhythms.
Ellen Allien
Berlin mainstay and a true visionary of the underground for decades, Ellen Allien has been in the game for over 30 years. A master of her craft, she is known for her artful blends and delicate crowd control where playing dark and EBM inspired, tapping into 90s techno or bringing a dark and sleazy slant.
Future.666
future.666 (viktor keller) is a Berlin‑based techno disrupter known for his high‑energy, groovy sets built on fast-paced rhythms and layered sets made across multiple CDJs. He is head of the BCCO label and party crew and relentlessly digs for cutting edge underground tracks and champions fresh talent along the way.
