Berlin-based techno label Driller has released Hidden, the latest digital EP from artist
GNRØ debuts on Berlin-based label Driller with hard-hitting Schranz-inspired rhythms on his new Hidden EP.
GNRØ hails from Malaga but is based in Germany and brings an all new edge to hard techno and Schranz. He has played all over the world and released on the likes of Sindex Coalition and Das Kollektive with support from tastemakers like Hadone, Varya Karpova and Lee Ann Roberts.
The EP aims to strike a balance between sonic intensity and musical depth and it fits in perfectly with the Driller vibe. The title track is a big wall of sound with overdrive drums and raw synths, Rock This Place is a raved-infused sound with bright synth stabs and Inner Light has more emotive synths and deeper breaks. Hidden includes a remix by Driller founder Tham, who offers an alternative take that complements the original track's emotion and energy.
