Dancefloor introduces new 'Pro' platform for nightlife promoters

Dancefloor has launched Dancefloor Pro, a new platform aimed at supporting promoters, venue operators and event organisers with a comprehensive suite of digital tools.

Designed to assist at every stage of event planning and execution, the platform offers features such as marketing integrations, ticketing solutions, audience engagement tools and post-event feedback options.

Developed by Ben King, a DJ and former engineer at ticketing company DICE, Dancefloor Pro was created in close consultation with promoters to address the logistical and promotional challenges commonly faced in nightlife and live events.

He says, "Existing platforms have been letting independent promoters down. Organic discovery is nonexistent and the requirement to 'boost' events has turned them into pay-to-play destinations. We're launching Dancefloor Pro to put promoters first, highlighting their events with personalised recommendations for users, and giving them all the tools they need to make their event a success - going beyond just ticketing with dedicated features for growing a community and maximising marketing efforts."

The platform enables users to manage communications, ticket sales and audience building from one interface. It includes sales tracking and channel attribution, in-app messaging, loyalty rewards and support for Facebook, TikTok and Google ad pixels.

Dancefloor Pro also introduces a feature called Promoter Following, which notifies attendees of future events and helps promoters grow their core audience. Additional tools like automated waiting lists, push notifications and exclusive offers are designed to improve conversion and retention.
