Folamour, Seth Troxler and Jamie 3:26 to headline Balagan World open-air in Brussels

Brussels electronic music collective Balagan World will host its largest event to date on 29 August 2026, taking over the 5,000-capacity Quai de Heembeek site at the Port of Brussels for an open-air programme of house and electronic music with Folamour, Seth Troxler, Jamie 3:26 and Brussels-based artists TOOLATE Groove and Rozental.

French producer and DJ Folamour has performed at major festivals including Coachella, Glastonbury and Tomorrowland, while Detroit-born Seth Troxler is known for his work across house and techno and as a member of the Visionquest collective. Chicago house artist Jamie 3:26 completes the international headline lineup, alongside Belgian selectors TOOLATE Groove and Balagan World resident Rozental.

The event takes place at Quai de Heembeek, an industrial waterside location within the Port of Brussels. The site follows Balagan World's first open-air event at Silo in Brussels in 2025 and represents an expansion in both capacity and production for the collective.

Co-founder of Balagan World Alon Zur said: "After a first successful open air at the Silo in Brussels in 2025, Balagan World is taking a new step with a larger-scale production in the heart of the Port of Brussels. Quai de Heembeek will offer a unique industrial setting by the water for a day dedicated to house music."

Balagan World was founded in Brussels by Johan Kirszner and Alon Zur and has subsequently expanded its events to cities including Paris, Milan and London.
