German artists Kiki Solvej and LARI LUKE have collaborated on Der Bass Ist Brutal, a new release for the definitive Filth on Acid label that lands on 3 July.

The single brings together two established names from Germany's new school techno scene. Cologne-based Kiki Solvej has built an impressive profile through her work as a DJ, producer and vocalist and previous releases including Heute Nacht and Deutsches Rave Mädchen. LARI LUKE, meanwhile, has a genre-spanning approach and energetic production style that moves between techno, bass and various in-between styles.

Their new cut Der Bass Ist Brutal combines hard-edged rhythms with trance-influenced melodies and German-language vocals that reflect elements that both artists have explored across their careers. The release arrives in extended and radio edit formats.

The collaboration marks another standout tune in Filth on Acid's 2026 schedule and again highlights the crossover between hard techno, schranz and more melodic electronic influences within the German scene.
