Ministry of sound announces first artists for 35th anniversary season

Ministry of Sound has released the first wave of artists scheduled to perform as part of its 35th Anniversary Programme, launching a year-long series of events that will begin in January 2026. The announcement marks the start of an extensive celebration for the London venue, which opened in 1991 and has since become a major institution in global electronic music.

Among the first confirmed names are Ron Trent, Joe Claussell, Lauren Lo Sung, Eats Everything, Tony Humphries, Fiorella, Pete Tong, Kölsch, Zed Bias, Konstantin Sibold and others. The programme will span established headliners, influential house and techno figures, and emerging UK talent.

The venue has also outlined plans for a renewed club experience beginning in 2026, including updates to the design and layout. The anniversary season opens with a series of events in January, followed by an expanded schedule through February and March featuring takeovers, headline sets, and brand showcases. Fridays will host Blink, a new residency focused on melodic and afro-house, launching 30 January with &Friends.

Says Matt Long, Club Director, “Everyone at Ministry of Sound is incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the last 35 years, the nights, the artists, the energy that has defined London’s sound. But we’re also thinking ahead, about what the club could become over the next 30 years. Next year marks the start of that chapter.”

The full opening season includes events such as Hard Times (7 February), La Discothèque’s 10-year celebration (21 February), BRESH (7 March), and headline shows from KSHMR, Vini Vici, and Pete Tong b2b Kölsch, among many others.
