N1NJA launches new label ‘Tales of Twilight’ with debut single ‘Alpine Air’
With ‘Alpine Air’, N1NJA opens a new chapter in her artistic evolution , introducing Tales of Twilight, a label born from her fascination with nature’s rhythm and the transcendental pulse of sound. Supported early on by BBC Radio 1’s Jaguar, the track captures the delicate balance between stillness and motion, channeling the serenity and power of the mountains.
Built from her own field recordings of snowmobiles and skis cutting through the Alps, ‘Alpine Air’ layers raw, kinetic textures over sweeping, emotional synths , an ode to freedom, focus, and the limitless mindset found at high altitude. The single is accompanied by a remix from Burak SIS and a unique breathwork version in Dolby Atmos, narrated by N1NJA herself, conceived as a one-breath sonic journey that ties symbolically to its catalogue number, 001.

Known offstage as Farah Nanji, N1NJA stands at the intersection of music and motorsport , where the meditative rhythm of sound meets the precision of speed. Drawing from her Indian and East African roots, she weaves hypnotic soundscapes with instruments collected across the globe, earning the support of John Digweed, Sasha, and Laurent Garnier, and appearances at Pacha Destino, Space Miami, and The Steelyard.
Her new label, Tales of Twilight, extends beyond music, it’s a living narrative expressed through secret gatherings and curated cultural moments. After an intimate launch overlooking Mont Blanc in Val d’Isère, the project has continued its journey through London, Ibiza’s closing season, and soon, ADE in Amsterdam, before returning to the Alps this winter.
