Booka Shade return with two fresh productions across their new ‘Metropolis’ EP on Blaufield Music.

Fresh from celebrating two decades of their acclaimed electronic project with their ‘20 Years Reworked’ package, shining a spotlight on highlight tracks from the past while unveiling a host of new remixes shaped for future standout dancefloor moments, Booka Shade switch their focus back to original material to open September as the legendary German duo continue to deliver the goods. Landing just ahead of their latest US & Mexico Tour, taking in six shows from LA to Denver, Seattle to Mexico City, the Blaufield Music bosses return with new music following the 20th Anniversary as they unveil two productions that have been road tested across the summer and making a significant impact.

Fusing sweeping lead melodies and glossy synths amongst warped vocal snippets, the swirling ‘Metropolis’ is a resonant ride through cascading sci-fi sonics to provide an entrancing ride, while ‘The Regulator’ builds around snaking bass and arpeggiated tones for another cosmic journey.
