Terminal V unveils phase two lineup and reveals £1m site investment upgrades
Terminal V has unveiled Phase Two of its 2026 lineup while confirming a £1 million investment in site development ahead of its return to Edinburgh’s Royal Highland Centre and Showground on 18–19 April 2026. The festival is set to stage six arenas, host more than 100 artists and welcome an estimated 40,000 attendees across the weekend. Tickets go back on sale Thursday 4 December at 9am.
Phase Two introduces over 20 new names, expanding the programme with artists including 999999999, Anetha, Patrick Mason, Ben Techy x Luciid, Clouds x Tommy Holohan, DJ Gigola x Øtta, I Hate Models, Pegassi, SIM0NE x SPFDJ, Special Request, Will Atkinson and Alex Farell. Several exclusive B2B performances are also confirmed. Sonically, the update deepens the festival’s sweep across hard-edged techno, industrial mutations, rave futurism and contemporary club hybrids.
These additions join the previously announced Phase One lineup, which features Robert Hood, Sara Landry’s ETERNALISM (UK debut), Ben Hemsley, Mall Grab, Klangkuenstler, East End Dubs, Clara Cuvé, Somewhen, Patrick Mason, Anetha and more. A third announcement is scheduled for early next year.
Alongside the artist rollout, Terminal V has detailed a significant £1 million investment into site-wide upgrades for 2026. Shaped directly by audience feedback, the enhancements include fully redesigned stages, new PA systems, improved sound delivered in partnership with a global audio specialist and the return of the Area V stage in its original format. Five newly developed stages will be introduced across the grounds, supported by expanded chillout zones and additional seating.
Festival services will also see major improvements: a broader food offering with expanded dietary options, double the number of toilets with continuous cleaning, the return of festival lockers, improved site maps and signage, digital display towers for real-time updates, upgraded lighting across walkways and a reimagined VIP area with capped capacity and enhanced facilities.
Security measures have been strengthened for 2026, including a fully enclosed site, reinforced perimeter fencing and the installation of SteelShield barriers designed to prevent breaches.
With two phases now revealed and further announcements ahead, the 2026 edition is already shaping up to be Terminal V’s most ambitious outing to date.
